Our entire business model is focused on quality of service for both the homeowner and the guest. You are entrusting us with your home and it is our intention to make sure it is treated with respect while maximizing rental income for you. Unlike other vacation rental management companies, we provide a unique tiered commission system which allows for you, the homeowner, to control how much management involvement we have in your property. We offer scaled commission rates, starting at 20%, so you don't pay for unnecessary services. The services listed below are (with the exception of Tier A) a short list of the services we offer and are somewhat customizable based on the needs of your property. A
Basic services to include ONLY booking management, cleaning, and guest supplies.
B
All of Tier A and targeted advertisements, one (1) deep clean per year, one (1) yard clean up to be performed in the fall after the leaves drop.
C
All of Tiers A and B as well as two (2) deep cleans per year (we require 2), one (1) window clean per year, yard maintenance to be performed one (1) time per week between April and October, one (1) annual chimney clean for wood burning fireplaces OR an annual servicing for gas fireplaces.
